Ethan Hutchinson Furniture Design creates gorgeous hand-crafted furniture. The owner needed a way to showcase his furniture designs. Ethan speaks very eloquently about the design, form, and function of his furniture. I wanted to capture the spirit of his voice in the website.

Ethan's furniture designs are elegant and contemporary, but also very personal. I created a series of line drawings for the mouse-overs and for the alternate views of each piece of furniture to emphasize that all of Ethan's furniture is custom designed.

Ethan eventually decided to go with a more traditional website design, www.ethanhutchinson.com, but I like the banner in this original design better.
